Pinmelt currently offers free worldwide shipping for custom photo magnet orders. Shipping cost is included at checkout unless a special expedited service is shown separately.

Processing time

• Most orders are prepared for production within 2-4 business days after checkout.
• Large orders, holiday peaks, or files that need manual review may require additional time.
• You will receive order and shipping updates by email when tracking is available.

Estimated delivery time

• Most regions arrive in about 7-15 days after shipment.
• Remote areas, customs checks, weather, or local carrier delays may extend delivery time.
• If your country or address requires additional information, we may contact you before shipping.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import rules. These charges are controlled by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility when applicable.

Address changes

If you need to update a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
